Welcome to the new gite "Les Acacias" in the hills of Drôme Provençale, between Montélimar and Dieulefit, near Grignan.
Semi-detached house with the owners, set in 15,000 M² of wooded grounds, bordered by a stream "Le Vermenon", with truffle oaks, a private vegetable garden, trees and plants of many species.
First floor:
- 2 bedrooms: bedroom n°1 (1 bed 160x200) bedroom n°2 (2 beds 90)+ baby bed available
. + a 2-person sofa-bed in the living room
- Living room: TV - internet (free)
- Dining room with fully-equipped open kitchen
- Bathroom (washbasin/basin, walk-in shower, WC)
Basement: 20 m² cellar with cupboards and washing machine.
