This new and independent house, built in 2024, is entirely on one level and is located in a quiet residential area. You will access the property, fully fenced, which makes it ideal for dog owners. The garden, currently being developed, opens onto a private swimming pool of 8 x 3.5 meters, with a depth of 1.40 meters, secured by an alarm, open from April to October. The entrance to the cottage is through a large bay window, bathing the interior in natural light. The living room, open to the kitchen, is equipped with a high-end sofa bed, a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi access and a desk, ideal for teleworking.
