Nestled in the heart of the vineyards of Crozes Hermitage and Hermitage in the heart of orchards, comfortable cottage 4 minutes from the A7 motorway exit. Discover the surrounding paths on foot, horseback, bike or discover the AOP and their cellars.

Gîtes nestling in Crozes Hermitage and Hermitage wine-growing areas, 4 minutes from A7 motorway exit, near Valence, Romans-sur-Isere (centre for shoe manufacture) in Bergeron apricot country. In upper part of Tain l'Hermitage, with hiking trails, bridle paths, cycle tracks (and car trips) all around. Wonderful panoramic views of the lovely Rhône valley. Lots of activities in the area. Gîtes have names, GALETS and TERRES BLANCHES, associated with the AOC CROZES HERMITAGE terroir. On both sides of the Rhône are wine cellars where you can sample the local appellations.

2 level apartment, adjoining another, near owners' house. Ground floor entry: entrance hall, open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room (sofa bed) opening onto west-facing terrace, shower room/WC. Level 1: bedroom (king-size bed OR 2 single beds). Outdoor areas around gîtes still being laid out (gîtes opened in June 2017). Comfortable gîte in peaceful orchard setting.
