In the heart of Drôme Provençale, not far from Vaucluse, just 30 minutes from Grignan and Buis-les-Baronnies is Nyons, called "little Nice" famous for its black olives. The place is ideal for enjoying the joys of a small town and its amenities, all close to the region's must-sees for nature and heritage lovers. Stroll through the Baronnies Provençales natural park, taste the local wines and products, explore the perched villages, visit the castles, not to mention the Romanesque bridge, the Randonne tower, the Place des Arcades...
Townhouse adjoining the owner's house, shared entrance and tree-lined courtyard, terrace dedicated to the gite with garden furniture, pergola and hammocks. On the ground floor: entrance hall, living room (sofa, TV), kitchen and dining area, wc. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, the largest has a double bed (1x140) and a lounge area. Access to the bathroom is through this bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed (1x140) and a sink, the last bedroom has a sofa bed (1x140). Access to the bathroom is therefore not independent, you will have to cross the first bedroom to access it. The bathroom has a shower and 2 sinks. The toilets are accessible by crossing this same room. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Public car park 50m from the gîte.
