You'll be close to many tourist attractions: La Garde-Adhémar, Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse and their castles, Vaison-la-Romaine, Alba la Romaine. Not to mention the wine route through the heart of the Rhône Valley, local markets and hilltop villages. Easy access to major highways A7 and N7. 10min from Clansayes golf course (9-hole course).

First floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with en suite bathroom (2x80x190 can be twinned into a 160x200 bed) (2x90x200 can be twinned into a 190x200 bed, walk-in shower, wc), bathroom, wc. For your exclusive use: heated swimming pool 15x5m, 1.60m deep (open from March to September), pétanque court, table tennis table, parking spaces.
