On the first level a large bright living room with a kitchen area and a central island and a lounge area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. on the floor a mezzanine with sofa bed and a second room. Possibility of adding to the ground floor a room with bathroom accessible PMR. Also available a large house of 15 beds ideal for holidays with friends or family. Large terrace, natural swimming pool, leisure area (library, ping-pong, table football, petanque ...). The house is surrounded by 13 hectares of forest and wild and unspoiled nature, an oak grove: a magical place with century-old oak trees. We live in the Tuillières, our houses are independent and private. The apartment and the cottage are adjoining. The visitors can cross in the common areas: swimming pool, parking, room of leisure.
