For your exclusive use: terrace, private unheated swimming pool (2x5m, depth 1.60m) open from April to mid-October, weather permitting. Situated 30 minutes from Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine and Montbrun-les-Bains, in the Parc naturel régional des Baronnies Provençales and bordering the Vaucluse, the Magnolia gîte is an elegant and intimate way to visit Buis-les-Baronnies. Located 600 m from the town center, it's within walking distance of shops, restaurants, services, 2 cinemas and the market square, which takes place every Wednesday and Saturday. Overlooking the landscape, you'll also find the Saint Julien and Ubrieux rocks for sporting outings. The vertiginous cliffs are yours for the taking, as is Mont Ventoux for indefatigable cyclists. Buis-les-Baronnies is surrounded by rocky outcrops everywhere, making it the ideal spot for a wide range of outdoor activities (mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, climbing, via ferrata on the north face of Saint Julien, swimming along the Ouvèze or in the Toulourenc valley...).
