Carefully selected, these are beautiful, good products, for your palate and your health.
Most of our products are organic or from sustainable production, mostly from short distribution channels.

For example, our vegetables come from Maison Mont'Bio in Montmeyran, and Ferme des Pierrettes in Saint-Marcel-lès-Valence.
Our lamb is French, usually from Alazard et Roux in Tarascon, our fresh goat's cheese from the Drôme or Ardèche, and our Petit Léoncel from the GAEC de la Grange.

Our poultry is farm-raised, Label Rouge and French. Iberian pig pluma comes from Spain. Duck foie gras comes from the South-West. And all our fish comes from sustainable fishing.

Our tasty oils are supplied by Huilerie Richard in Montoison. Our chocolate comes from Valrhona in Tain l'Hermitage.

Our chestnut honey comes from Ardèche. We prefer French vegetables and fruit. Our aromatic herbs - basil, rosemary, savory, oregano and thyme - are hand-harvested in our own planters, and our edible flowers and leaves are produced by Maison Mechinaud in Rezé or Eloa et Silène in Ardèche...

Bread is shaped and baked at La Fabrique in Mours-Saint-Eusèbe and at Obringer in Valence...
