Studio located on the first floor of the owner's home, independent entrance with step. Living room with kitchenette, dining area, futon-type sofa bed (1x140), armchairs, small desk. The sleeping area is separated from the living room by a curtain and features a double bed (1x140), wardrobe/shelves. The shower room is an extension of the room, separated from the bedroom by a curtain. It comprises a shower cubicle, a small washbasin and a dry toilet. A wired internet connection is available (cable supplied). Garden furniture with mountain views is accessible from the living area (one step). At your disposal: gas plancha, deckchairs. Laundry room accessible from outside: washing machine and freezer shared with the owner. Private parking on site, 10m from the gîte. This bioclimatic house was built in 2014 with an ecological approach: use of healthy materials (wood, lime...), dry toilets, phytodepuration, rainwater recovery, composting... Geneviève will be delighted to share her knowledge with you. The gîte is 1.5km from Dieulefit, a land of potters and arts and crafts. The local cultural scene is rich in festivals: classical music, jazz, voice... There are many walks and hikes in the heart of the mountains. The Saoû forest is 25 minutes away, and one of the paths leading to the Trois Becs is 35 minutes away. Near Dieulefit, don't miss out on a visit to the Château de Grignan and typical Drôme Provençale villages such as Le Poët Laval, Saou, La Laupie, La Garde Adhémar... Montélimar is 35 minutes away. Situated between the Vercors, the Baronnies and the Ardèche, this dynamic region offers a wealth of excursions as well as gastronomic and cultural discoveries.
