You'll enjoy private covered parking, all on fully fenced grounds. The gîte is adjoining the owners' house and has its own entrance. The gîte is entirely on one level. You'll enter through the fully-equipped kitchen area, opening onto a large living room with TV, pellet stove, reversible air conditioning, wifi and sofa bed (1 person). A bathroom with shower and WC. You'll enjoy a 15m2 bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and desk, ideal for telecommuting.
