Romanesque church
Church of Provençal Romanesque style, characterized by two opposing apses, Eastern and Western.
The Church St Michel is a historical monument of Roman art cheerful in the second half of the XII century. Thanks to the support of Prosper Merimée, Inspector of Historic Monuments, the church was restored in 1849-50. The second floor and the bell tower of the pyramid were raised at the time.
It is remarkable for the inner perfection of the walls (arrangement of stones) and balance of its volumes. The elevation of the nave gives an elegance and lightness to the whole a very sober in its decoration. A special feature to be noted: it is distinguished by the presence of a double apse opposite the inlet; North chapel houses a Roman polychrome wood Virgin "Our Lady of Bon Secours"
