The UMIA Gastronomic School, is a place of sharing and Japanese culture. You love Japanese cuisine, you want to learn, Rika welcomes you in its unique cocoon in the region.

UMIA cooking courses: you'll learn the rudiments of Japanese cuisine and its regions, as well as all the techniques involved. Rika offers Sushi, Sashimi, Bento, Manga cuisine such as Ramen, Gyoza, Okonomyaki, as well as food and sake pairing sessions. Courses last from 2 hours to 2 days. The maximum number of participants is 12.

La Table d'hôte OMAKASE is the home of Rika and Frédéric. A unique menu is offered. OMAKASE, a pact of trust, is a hymn to Japanese delicacy and cuisine, set to Rika's very own musical accompaniment (8 to 12 people maximum).

Sake initiation and tasting, Japanese pastry classes, sushi and take-away cuisine, delicatessen, after-work drinks. Company courses and team building available.
