Site pédagogique du Col de Tournu - Trois regards sur un paysage de collines
Recreational activities, Picnic area, Games for childrenPhone04 75 81 30 30
The Col de Tournu educational site presents the landscape through the eyes of a forester, a farmer and a landscaper. A partnership between the Agglo, the Office National des Forêts and FiBois.
At the Col de Tournu, the landscape alternates between fields, forests, hedges, villages and the Vercors massif in the distance.
To accompany the reading of this typical Drôme des Collines landscape, several desks have been installed. They offer three points of view on the landscape and its evolution: that of a forester, a farmer and a landscape gardener. The youngest visitors are accompanied in their discovery by a small squirrel, an animal well known to local children.
In the heart of the forest and a stone's throw from the St Ange chapel, the site is ideally positioned on the GR de pays Tour de la Drôme des Collines itinerary, and easily accessible by road. It also features a relaxation area for hikers and walkers, with a picnic area and chestnut-wood games.
The materials were designed and illustrated by Jeanne Aimé-Sintès and Boris Transinne.
