The view of Mont Ventoux is exceptional. The cicadas will lull you to sleep on a balmy summer's evening.

The typically Provencal stone house was built in this idyllic setting three hundred years ago. It is supplied with water from a nearby spring. Partly renovated, the house is connected to the electricity grid and has a wifi connection.

The building comprises:
- a living room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- upper floor (mezzanine): master bedroom for two, with 160 x 200 bed and en-suite shower room (with toilet);
- on the middle floor, a large double bedroom with a sofa bed (160 x 200) plus two single beds - these four guests share a shower room (with toilet);
- on the garden level, a medium-sized bedroom (known as "blue") with a double bed (140 x 200) and a second, smaller bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200) - these four guests share a shower room (with toilet).

Next to the house you'll find the large swimming pool (14m x 4m), in the spirit of the Roman pool. A first terrace connects this pool with the house, giving direct access to the kitchen. A second, very large terrace shaded by vines invites you to enjoy evenings with a breathtaking view.

Guests have access to the entire estate, including the pool.

Notes: The olive grove is actively exploited. The olive grower takes care to disturb guests as little as possible.

The region also offers a rich cultural heritage, with the property just 20 km from Vaison-la-Romaine, 30 km from Nyons and 65 km from Avignon.
