First floor: kitchen opening onto living room with TV lounge area (sofa bed 1x160), open fireplace and dining area, storeroom with washing machine, shower room/WC (Italian shower), two bedrooms, one of which is through-going, each with a double bed (1x160) and (1x160). The second bedroom has a private shower room (shower, washbasin, wc). Upstairs: three bedrooms, each with private bathroom (shower, washbasin, wc) and double bed (1x160) (1x160) (1x160). Courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha/barbecue, children's swing. Swimming pool (open from May to September, weather permitting, unheated, 8x3m, 1m5 deep, flat, secured by a cover and shared with the owners). Parking available in the courtyard (2 to 3 spaces max) and public parking spaces in the street in front of the gîte. Located on the edge of the D96 (busy road).
