Small, quiet house in a beautiful setting with many hiking trails nearby, pleasant even in the middle of winter. Several small shops are within walking distance, so you can forget about the car for a few days.

Surrounded by the mountains, this house is near the owners' home, you will appreciate its independent side and its terrace without vis-à-vis. Shops and the train station are 5min walk away. The Haut-Diois is a magnificent region between Vercors and Provence where you will enjoy a peaceful stay. A multitude of outdoor activities are available to you (hiking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, climbing, via ferrata, fishing). Very beautiful sites are in the immediate vicinity such as the impressive chaos of Claps, the valleys of Drôme, Roanne and Oule, the circus of Archiane, the lollipops of Borne, the picturesque and medieval perched villages , but also rural passes, varied landscapes with forests, vineyards, orchards, lavender fields... The resorts of Col de Rousset, Joue du Loup and Super Devoluy (Hautes Alpes) are 1 hour away.

In a residential area, independent house accessible by wide steps with logs, raised terrace with wooden table and benches, armchairs. Entrance through the living room: fitted kitchen and dining area, pellet stove, shower room/WC (Italian shower), one bedroom with a double bed (1x140). Mezzanine above the living room with lounge (sofa bed, TV) and two single beds (2x90). Non-standard mezzanine railings, not recommended for young children. Parking in front of the house. Non-smoking cottage. Heating: pellet stove in the living room and electric radiators.
