Quiet, not overlooked and completely renovated, the cottage of 117 m2 of the eighteenth century charm by its stone construction and vaulted rooms. Its shaded south-facing terrace offers a panoramic view of the Marsanne plain.

The Mas du Coteau, which is located in the middle of the fields, is designed to accommodate 7 people in the bedrooms and 2 people in the extra living room with less comfort than in the bedrooms, as well as two children under 2 years old (cot) .

Adjoining without vis-à-vis the owners' house, it offers a private terrace of 22m2.

The entrance on the ground floor gives you access to the living room which has two twin sofa beds (2x 80X200), an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and a WC with washbasin.

Upstairs you will find:
- a first bedroom with two 90x200 twin beds.
- a second bedroom with three 90x200 beds, two of which can be combined.
- a master bedroom with shower and washbasin including a separable 2x80x200 twin bed
- a bathroom
- a toilet with washbasin.

The rental includes charges, secure private wifi, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

On request, we will provide you with a free "baby pack" including a cot, a bath with deckchair, a potty, a high chair and suitable crockery.
