Le Ranch

Located in the commune of Arpavon, "le Ranch" offers a unique experience for nature lovers. Perfectly furnished to create a comfortable, cosy atmosphere, it offers a convivial setting and all the facilities you need for a stay with family or friends. *In the heart of the Drôme Provençale, amidst lush natural surroundings, the gîte offers travelers a multitude of activities. Close to the region's must-see sites: 20 min from Nyons, 30 min from Rémuzat, and Buis-les-Baronnies, famous for its climbing sites and via ferrata routes, and 40 min from the Pas des Ondes lake (swimming and fishing). Not forgetting the riches of the Baronnies (winding gorges, wildlife, Provencal gastronomy and markets, hilltop villages...). Hiking trails depart from the chalet, with guidebooks available. On-site: natural swimming pool and plancha.

Nestled in the heart of the forest, "Le Ranch" gîte is located at Le Rocher Roux, a 12-hectare property that includes the owner's home and two other chalets, "Le Chalet Bleu" and "Le Chalet Vert". This 75m2 gîte, perfectly renovated in April 2023, includes : A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin, a toilet, two bedrooms with 140×200 beds, a dormitory with 6 individual beds including 2 bunk beds and 2 on the mezzanine. It features a large, shaded terrace equipped with a plancha. A small path leads to the refreshing pool.
