Welcome to the Hameau de St-Etienne en Quint in the Quint Valley. Isabelle and Eric will give you a warm welcome in this large, refurbished gîte! Nestled at an altitude of 550 m, in the Vercors Regional Nature Park, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet, the mountain views and the hiking, mountain biking and other activities available from the gîte! Only 15 min from Die: swimming in the Drôme river, canoeing, local markets to stroll around and savor culinary specialties including Clairette (Route de la Clairette, local wine). Perched villages, exceptional scenery and endless possibilities for walks in the Vercors Massif and valley (Trois Becs, cirque d'Archiane, Glandasse, Vallée de la Roanne, Forêt de Saoû...). Col de Rousset ski resort (25 minutes). Only 2 hours from Lyon, Grenoble and Avignon. Come and recharge your batteries in this magnificent setting!

Access by staircase to the house on the 1st floor, independent entrance, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings + 1 electric...), 1 living room with TV and 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (1X140X190), 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds (1X110X190), (1X120X190), bathroom with shower. Outside, a lovely covered terrace with 1 table and chairs, charcoal barbecue. Sun loungers are available and can be used to enjoy the not immediately adjoining outdoor space, accessed via a wooden door from the covered terrace. Good 4G coverage on site.
