La Crufiture is an alternative to traditional marmelade. It's a spreadable fruit preserve made with virtually no energy. The mixture, made up of 50% fruit and 50% sugar ( like our grandmother's jams), is spread out on a tray. This mixture is pasteurised ( raw product) but the sind and wind naturally evaporate the excess water. Thanks to a patented process ( formulations for dosing the sugars and calculating the amount of water to evaporate, all controlled by weighing), the production process is reproducible.
