Honey productsProduction of honey harvest traditionaly. 5 Variety of Honey: Spring Flower Honey, Acacia Honey, Chestnut Honey, Lavander Honey and Summer Flower Honey.
Emily shares her life with bees for more than 15 years. At the beginning, beekeeping, a family shared passion, became more and more important in Emilie's life until she became one herself.
In 2020, Beekeeping becomes her main activity and she develops her livestocks.
Since 2022, She is a full time beekeeper.
The Beehives are positioned around 20 km from the Honey House.
Some nectar flow ,such as lavander, needs a transhumance in the South of Drôme, near Grignan and Dieulefit.
Honey is extracted and conditioned by hand in jars in the Honey House, at room temperature, without any modification. Emilies assures herself of the respect of honey property in order to keep its vertue.
It evolves naturally toward crystallization ( it becomes harder) quickly or not according to the honey's type and the year.
