Take the time to visit the wine cellars and estates, as Vinsobres is famous for its vineyards: appellation 1er cru des côtes du Rhône en Drôme provençale. Just 10 minutes from Nyons and 20 minutes from Vaison-la-Romaine and Valréas, Vinsobres is a pretty little village perched on a hillside. It's the ideal starting point for a weekend or a longer stay, enabling you to explore the Drôme provençale and Vaucluse regions and enjoy the charms of Provence.
Gîte with independent entrance, adjoining farm premises (viticulture). Garden level: entrance via living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area (sofa, TV), pellet stove, storeroom, shower room/WC (shower, washbasin). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x160), shower room/WC (shower, washbasin). Reversible air-conditioning on the first floor, in the corridor leading to the bedrooms. No fixed heating in the bedrooms, the pellet stove in the living room is sufficient to heat the upstairs. Private terrace with garden furniture, gas hob, enclosed garden (120m²), not overlooked. Parking on the property. The owners, wine and olive growers, live in the house opposite the gîte. Not far from the D94, easy access.
