A surprisingly gourmet menu...
Our chef prepares the Saloon's menu using local, seasonal produce.
All our products are traceable, mainly organic, short-run, even very short-run & homemade. Our sauces are unique creations based on Jean Louis beer reductions (smoked malt ketchup, hop tartar sauce, JL sweet mustard, honey & hop sauce).
In addition to its own organic and local beer, Jean Louis offers a selection of soft and alcoholic beverages to suit every palate.

Our only watchword? the quality of the beverages on offer, chosen from within a radius of less than 100 kilometers of the Saloon. Wines and fruit juices are sourced from local producers. The beer is brewed in the Jean Louis brewery, next door to the Saloon.
