Funded in 1834, The Maison Paul Jaboulet Ainé has an estate of more than 100 hectares spread over the most beautiful plots of the Côtes du Rhône nord.
The excellence of the House is played out both in the vineyard, with organic farming - which strives to respect and highlight the richness and diversity of the terroirs, as well as in the cellar, with a meticulous and pointed winemaking, always in search of perfection.
It is in the historic heart of the vineyard, at the foot of the famous slopes of the Hermitage, that the VINEUM is home to the Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné winery, as well as a wine bar and restaurant. An elegant and warm place where we invite you to taste our wines according to your desires: version pleasure, glass and accompanied by a slate of charcuterie and cheeses, or gourmet version, on the Chef’s small dishes, or even pedagogical version, during a guided tasting - it’s up to you!
